what is it ?

Maso Margherita is a typical old farmstead, a Maso, renewed as a holiday house: five apartments surrounded by the green fields of Almazzago, district of Commezzadura, with a beautiful view on Val di Sole.

In this environment you will find peace and tranquillity for a holiday in nature.

Apartments

All our apartments have been designed and furnished with love and passion by local carpenters. Wood here plays a key role, which creates a welcoming ambience. The rooms are provided with electrical cooking area, oven, fridge, dishwasher, tv color, wifi. The laudry is in a shared room.

I nostri appartamenti si chiamano Cort, Brögli, Tabla’, Stua, Spleuza e Ara; non sono nomi astratti, ma si riferiscono agli spazi dell’originale casa di campagna dedicati ognuno ai diversi aspetti della vita contadina.

La Cort

This is our biggest apartment with a surface of 110sqm. It is on ground floor and has direct access to the garden.

I Brögli

The name of this apartment comes from the vegetable garden "el bröglio" on which it looks.

Once upon a time it was the hayloft of the house, which now turned into a 3-rooms apartment.

La Stua

In this space there was the parents’ bedroom with a ceramic-tiled stove. Here at Sundays families use to and chat as it was the warmesr place of the house. and chat as it was the warmer place of the house.

L 'Ara

The old attic fully made with wood, where the farmers used to dry the hay as well as warehouse for beans, barley, wheat, corn and rye has been transformed into an attic flat on two floors

La Spleuza was the crawl space, sometimes used to dry the hay if there wasn’t enough space in the Ara.

Yoga Events

For all those people wholeheartedly interested to deepen their knowledge and practice of yoga, Maso Margherita Apartments Yoga Outdoor offers periods during which you can live experiences based on yogic lifestyle.

In those periods we organise workshops for beginners or follow-up meetings which can be of a weekend or a week.

Apartments

We called our apartments Cort, Tabla’, Stua, Spleuza and Ara; they are not abstract names, but they refer to the original spaces of the farmstead, where every room used to have its own role in the farm life.
