The reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the rental price to send us through bank transfer and it is in no case refundable; you can anyway use it for a future holiday.
In case of cancellation, a penalty will be charged as follows:
40% of the rental price (extra excluded) in case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival
60% of the rental price (extra excluded) in case of cancellation after 14 days before arrival
100% in case of “No Show”
0% in case of booking replacement
The check-in is from 4pm to 8:30pm; check-out is within 9:30am in middle and high season and within 10am in low season.
At the arrival, you are kindly asked to leave a security of € 200 per apartment, which we will give you back after the checkout, except for damage.
Compulsory final cleaning charges
€ 40 for the 2-rooms apt.
€ 50 for the 3-rooms apt.
€ 60,00 for the 4-rooms apt.
The cleaning of the cooking area, dishes, pans and fridge are the customer's care: for non-cleaning, € 30 will be charged extra.
