Adult entry includes bathrobe, towel and slippers;
Children up to 17 years old use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools only with parental supervision; towel supplied
A 10% discount will be applied to wellness treatments for treatments carried out between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
Access to the sauna and relaxation areas is permitted only to adults.
Entry may be subject to a time limitation (maximum exit 4pm) which will be assessed based on hotel occupancy.
Information, Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
The reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the rental price to send us through bank transfer and it is in no case refundable.
In case of cancellation after 28 days before arrival, a penalty of 70% of the rental price (extra excluded) will be charged;
in case of replacement of the reservation, no penalty is due.
Check-in is from 4pm to 8:30pm; check-out is within 9:30am in middle and high season and within 10am in low season.
In accordance with our house rules, a security deposit of € 200,00 per apartment is required. We will refund the amount (or part of it) on your credit card at the end of your stay, except for damage.
Compulsory final cleaning charges
€ 55,00 for the 2-rooms apt.
€ 55,00 for the 3-rooms apt.
€ 65,00 for the 4-rooms apt.
The cleaning of the cooking area, dishes, pans and fridge are the customer’s care: for non-cleaning, € 30,00 will be charged extra.
Tourist Tax € 1,50 per day per person from 14 years old.
